    Returns & Conditions

    Our return policy offers you maximum security when shopping. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without justification.

    To make a return, please follow these steps: First contact our customer service to obtain a return number. Carefully pack the items in their original condition and send them to the address provided.

    Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. After receiving and verifying your return, we will refund the purchase price within 10 business days.
